Master's access documentation
UPLOAD THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATION ON THE APPLICATION
according to the University where you are currently studying or you have finished your studies
UPC schools
- Passport, Spanish ID card (DNI), foreigner ID card (NIE), EU or EEA ID card
- Curriculum vitae
- English level B2 certificate (Table of accepted language certificates).
- If the English certificate is not available at the time of pre-enrolment, it must be indicated in a comment on the pre-enrolment application when you plan to get it accredited. This must be before enrolment.
- If the level of English is already accredited by the UPC school where the Bachelor's degree was taken, a certificate or academic transcript stating this must be attached. No other language apart from English are valid for this matter.
UPC-affiliated schools or any other public university in Spain
- Passport, Spanish ID card (DNI), foreigner ID card (NIE), EU or EEA ID card
- Curriculum vitae
- English level B2 certificate (Table of accepted language certificates).
- If the English certificate is not available at the time of pre-enrolment, it must be indicated in a comment on the pre-enrolment application when you plan to get it accredited. This must be before enrolment.
- If the level of English is already accredited by the UPC school where the Bachelor's degree was taken, a certificate or academic transcript stating this must be attached. No other language apart from English are valid for this matter.
- Official academic transcript stating the subjects taken up to the time of pre-enrolment with the grades and the number of credits/hours of each and the overall average grade (even if you have still not finished the degree). The calculation of the overall average grade includes all calls, including those failed.
- Official Diploma that entitles the student to enroll in the master's degree or proof of payment of the issuing fees of that diploma. If you still don't have the title or the proof of payment of the issuing fees of that diploma, you can submit either of them later, but always before the enrolment.
Foreign universities and higher education institutions:
- Passport, Spanish ID card (DNI), foreigner ID card (NIE), EU or EEA ID card
- Curriculum vitae
- Spanish level diploma as detailed below
- English level B2 certificate (Table of accepted language certificates)
- Official academic Transcript (signed and stamped) detailing the courses, the qualification, and the number of credits/hours of each one. This certificate has to contain information about the evaluation system (even if you still haven't finished your Bachelor's degree).
- Official Diploma that entitles the student to enroll in the master's degree. If you still don't have it, you can submit it later, but always before the enrolment.
If the Official Diploma is NOT homologated, the candidate must include a document made by the university where it shows that the course in question had a duration of, at least, three years and that the resulting qualification entitles the holder to pursue postgraduate studies (master's degree courses) in the issuing country. If that is not possible, it must indicate the level of higher education that the qualification entitles its holder to access.
- Equivalence of average grades in the Spanish system for university studies carried out in foreign centers. Link This certificate is issued by the Ministry of Education (Government of Spain). This certificate is free of charge and can be obtained at any time.
IMPORTANT: All documents issued outside the European Higher Education Area countries must be legalized (information in Spanish) and bear the corresponding apostille (if applicable).

Students that have done the degree fully in English, will have to submit an Official academic certificate stating the English level B2 or equivalent. Look at the Table of accepted language certificates including current certificates (document in Catalan).
