Face to face Service:

 

Face to face service is provided exclusively through previous appointment.

This channel is preferably used for those procedures that cannot be done electronically or to deliver original documentation that must be validated.

Take into consideration the following:

  • Only visits by appointment will be attended face to face.
  • To be attended, the use of a mask will be essential.
  • Bring the original and photocopy of the documentation to be validated.
  • Bring your own pen.
  • Keep the safety distance, as well as the hygienic measures established in the building.
  • Only the person who asks for the appointment can access the Office, unless they need assistance (people with specific needs).
