Enrolment Documentation
Students who completed their bachelor's degree at a UPC school do not need to submit documentation in person.
For all other students, the ORIGINAL documentation or documents with a digital signature, and a copy must be submitted in person to the SIAE (Student Information and Assistance Service) a few days before enrolment:

- Photocopy of DNI, NIE, or passport.
- Curriculum Vitae.
- English B2 level certificate (Table of accredited language certificates in catalan).
- Official transcript of records showing the subjects taken with grades, the number of credits/hours for each, and the overall average grade.
- Degree certificate that grants access to the master's program, or proof of having paid the issuance fees.
IMPORTANT! All documents issued in countries outside the European Higher Education Area must be legalized through diplomatic channels or with the corresponding apostille (in catalan).
If you need to make any changes to your identity document (DNI, NIE, identity card, passport), remember to upload it to the Document Submission section of e-Secretaria.

What you need to know before enrolling

How much will it cost? Are you eligible for a scholarship? How can you pay?
Enrolment is done and paid quarterly. In the first enrolment, the €300 advance enrolment payment will be deducted.

Complete your self-enrolment on the day and at the time assigned in your e-Secretaria.
- Non-UPC students: who have provided the required documentation (see point 1).
- UPC student enrollment: who comply with access regulations (Article 1.2 of the Academic Regulations for Bachelor's and Master's Degrees at UPC (NAGRAMA) and Article 1 of the Academic Regulations for Bachelor's and Master's Degrees at ETSEIB (in catalan).

Students admitted to Master's programs who must complete bridging courses, according to the definitive admission resolution, must complete the bridging courses during the first academic year of the Master's program.
New master's students must pass a minimum of 15 ECTS during the first year.

UPC Card
The UPC card identifies you as a member of the university community. It's digital and available through the UPC App. It allows you to enjoy discounts and benefits, access to UPC libraries, and some of their services (book loans, tablet loans, etc.).
