Before enrolment
If you did not enrol in 2024/25-2, check the procedure Enrolment Authorisation (in catalan).
If you want to change your dedication (to part-time or full-time) submit a request via e-Secretaria.
If you want to enrol in more credits than allowed, submit a request via e-Secretaria. (If not resolved before enrolment, enrol and the modification will be managed afterwards).

Self-enrolment
Available from the assigned day and time until July 29. If you enrol the Final Project (TFE), the deadline is September 26.
Please remember that to ensure adequate progress in your studies, when enrolling in new subjects for any course, it is necessary for the enrolment to also include all mandatory subjects from previous courses that were failed with a grade below 4, not presented, or not enrolled, and that are offered in that academic period.
Subjects with the laboratory part passed
Students who are retaking a subject and have passed the laboratory part can retain the grade obtained in the laboratory by enrolling in the subject in generic group 10, 20, 30...
You should check the subject's teaching guide to validate the conditions under which the laboratory grade is maintained.
TFE extension for the previous academic year's spring semester
Students who enrolled in the TFE in the spring semester of the 2024/25 academic year and have not defended their work can request a TFE extension enrollment via Demana ETSEIB until June 29.

After enrolment
Enrolment variations until September 22nd.
Once enrolment has been completed, exceptionally and with due justification, you can perform the procedure to request:Group change (requests made in July will be solved before the start of classes) in catalan.
Enrolment modification or variation in catalan.
Academic withdrawal from subjects in catalan.
