INFORMATION OF INTEREST
- A 20% of the available seats are reserved for the second round of master's degree applications.
- All the admitted applications without seat in the first round, will be considered in the second round.
- Admitted applicants in the first round who do not accept the offer and/or fail to pay the €300 tuition deposit within the deadline specified in the resolution will be excluded from the process. Consequently, they will not be eligible to re-apply for the same master's degree during the second round of that specific period.

Important Non - UPC students
- Students from outside the UPC who hold a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) are eligible to apply for master's and double master's degree programs
Important UPC students
- UPC students - MUEI:
- Bachelor students who have not yet obtained their degree may access the master’s program if they only have their Bachelor’s Thesis (TFG) and a maximum of 9 elective ECTS credits pending (in accordance with the ETSEIB Academic Regulations for Bachelor's and Master's Degrees)
- PARS students who have not yet obtained their degree may access the master’s program if they only have their Bachelor’s Thesis (TFG) and a maximum of 18 elective ECTS credits pending (in accordance with the ETSEIB Academic Regulations for Bachelor's and Master's Degrees).
- UPC Students – Specialized Master’s Degrees: Bachelor students who have not yet obtained their degree may access specialized master’s programs if they only have their Bachelor’s Thesis (TFG) and a maximum of 9 elective ECTS credits pending (in accordance with the ETSEIB Academic Regulations for Bachelor's and Master's Degrees).
- UPC Students – Double Master’s Degrees: Access to double master’s degrees is exclusive to students who have already completed their bachelor’s degree (more information available at ETSEIB Double Degrees).
Bachelor's students with pending courses and/or their thesis defense (TFG) will be granted conditional admission. Admission will become definitive only if the student has obtained their bachelor's degree by October 31st (in accordance with the ETSEIB Academic Regulations for Bachelor's and Master's Degrees).
Complementary subjects
Consult the specific requirements for each Master's program to determine if any complementary subjects from a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology Engineering or Industrial Technology and Economic Analysis are necessary. These subjects, taught in Catalan and/or Spanish, must be successfully completed during the first year of the Master's program.
Application process, Admission and Enrollment
1. Publication of the provisional list
A provisional list of admitted and non-admitted applicants will be published for the first round in the middle of April. For the second round, another list will be published at the end of June.

2. Accept or decline place
If you have been admitted, you must accept or decline the assigned seat via the pre-enrollment application within the deadline specified in the provisional resolution. Upon accepting the seat, your master's academic record will be created.
In case of acceptance:
- If you are already a UPC student and have access to the intranets, you can log in to your e-Secretaria using your current username and password.
- If you are not yet a UPC student, you will receive an email from ATIC within approximately 48 hours containing instructions on how to access your e-Secretaria. Please note that the username and password for the pre-enrollment application are NOT the same as those for the e-Secretaria.
In the "Forms and Payments" section, you can pay the €300 tuition deposit. This amount will be deducted from your first enrollment fee. (Please note that this fee is non-refundable, except in the event that the master's degree is not offered). For more information, please visit the UPC Academic Management Service website
IMPORTANT! If f the tuition deposit is not paid within the established period, your academic record will be closed, resulting in the forfeiture of your assigned seat.
If you require a letter of admission, please contact us through Demana ETSEIB. This will be processed once the advance tuition payment has been made.
Admission is conditional upon the submission of all Required documentation by the enrollment deadline.
3. Publication of the definitive list
Definitive list of people admitted and non admitted is going to be published on this webpage during the first week of February.
4. Enrollment
Enrollment will be online on Wednesday 11th of February 2026. Consult our calendar.
Documentation already uploaded on the application portal with digital signature, verification code or QR code there is NO need to bring them pysically.
Documentation not listed above must be submitted in person to the Student Information Office (SIAE).

Please note: The language of instruction for each course within the Master's program must be verified on the respective course syllabus. If the Master's program involves courses taught in multiple languages, we cannot guarantee the availability of courses exclusively in the language you prefer.
