International Internship Application Process
It's very easy! To apply for international internships, you'll need to follow these steps:
1. International Internship Application
To start the international internship application process, you must complete the official form, which needs to be signed by both the student and the company or institution where the internship will take place. this form should then be uploaded to the ETSEIB Internships and Directed Projects portal. You will need to wait for administrative and academic validation before proceeding to the next step. If the application is denied, you will need to check the reason and, if possible, upload a new application.
2. Training Agreement Signature
Once the internships have been administratively and academically validated, the student must complete the Training Agreement, the contractual document between the student, company, and university. This document will specify the dates of the stay, duration, hours, and activities to be carried out.
The internship agreement, signed by the student and the company, must be sent to the ETSEIB International Relations Office (ORI) for signature by the school's Vice-Director of Internationalization.
