Master's Degree request
Upon your Academic Record Status being "Closed" and the Situation listed as "Graduate," you are entitled to request your Official Master's Degree. You can check the Status of your Academic Record via your e-Secretaria.
1. Apply on e-Secretaria
The degree application process will be activated automatically in the left-hand menu of the e-Secretaria. Please click on "Apply for the degree certificate."
2. Personal Details
What document do you need to apply for a degree certificate?
A valid National Identity Document (DNI), passport, or Foreigner Identity Number (NIE) is required.- You must upload a complete copy of the identity document (both sides if applicable).
- If you are using your NIE for the application and are an EU citizen, you must upload a copy of the NIE resolution along with a copy of your national identity document or passport.
What personal details must you verify?
The details you provide must exactly match those on your identity document. The only exceptions are that you may add accents and use the Catalan conjunctions 'i' or 'y', even if they are not present on your official document. In such cases, you must indicate that the details are NOT correct and specify the discrepancies. If your identity document does not include certain required details, you can provide other official documents (for example, a Civil Registry document) as proof of their accuracy.
IMPORTANT! These details will be printed on your certificate. Please note that once you validate your personal details, any subsequent changes will require submitting a new application and paying for a new degree certificate.
3. Economic Details
Please verify that the type of discount applied is correct. If you are eligible for a discount that is not listed, please indicate it.
4. Address Details
Check your address and change it if necessary.

Your request will be validated within a few days. Once the status is "Authorised," you can proceed with the following steps:
- Click "Request" to complete the registration at the Electronic Office.
