Applications MSc programmes Q1

Academic Program 2025-26 (starting September 2025)

* We recommend to apply on the first round as we can not assure available places for the second round.

Important

  • UPC students: Undergraduate students who have not yet obtained their degree but only have their final-year project (TFG) and up to 9 ECTS of optional subjects remaining (according to the ETSEIB Undergraduate and Master's Academic Regulations) may apply for Master's and joint Master's programs.
    • To enroll in the Master's program, students must first enroll in the remaining outstanding ECTS credits for their undergraduate degree. They have one academic year to complete their undergraduate degree.
  • Other students: Undergraduate students who have outstanding subjects and/or the defense of their TFG will be conditionally admitted. They will be definitively admitted if they have obtained their undergraduate degree by October 31st (according to UPC Undergraduate and Master's Academic Regulations).

Complementary subjects

Consult the specific requirements for each Master's program to determine if any complementary subjects from a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology Engineering or Industrial Technology and Economic Analysis are necessary. These subjects, taught in Catalan and/or Spanish, must be successfully completed during the first year of the Master's program.

Application process, Admission and Enrollment

1. Publication of the provisional list

A first provisional list of admitted and non-admitted applicants for the first round will be published by the end of April.
If necessary, a second round provisional list will be published by the end of June.

You will receive an email with admission information. The provisional list will also be published on this webpage

2. Accept or decline place

If you are admitted, you must accept or decline the assigned place within the stipulated timeframe through the pre-enrollment application. Upon accepting the place, your Master’s program file will be created, and you will receive an email within approximately 48 hours with instructions on how to access your e-Secretaria and make the €300 payment (as an advance on tuition). This amount is non-refundable (except if the Master’s program is not offered) and will be deducted from the first tuition payment. For more information, please visit the UPC Academic Management Service website.

  • You cannot access your e-Secretaria using the same username and password used for registration. You will receive an email from ATIC to reset your password for your e-Secretaria.
  • If you are already a UPC student and have access to the intranets, you can access your e-Secretaria using your existing username and password.

If you require a letter of admission, please contact us through Demana ETSEIB. This will be processed once the advance tuition payment has been made.

Admission is conditional upon the submission of all required documentation by the enrollment deadline.

3. Publication of the definitive list

Definitive list of people admitted and non admitted of the two rounds is going to be published on this webpage in July 2025.
