AFTER ADMISSION, all Exchange students must book a private Insurance: International Welcome Center UPC/Insurance

Students should upload to e-Secretaria/(Input document) a single merged PDF file containing the documents listed below:

Students from EU, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Norway and Switzerland

ETSEIB responsible statement

European Health Card

Private insurance that covers for your stay (until departure date) and includes:

Health assistance*
Accident
Repatriation
Civil responsibility

Non-English or Spanish policies require an insurance certificate detailing your
coverage.

*Only if you do not have an European Health Card

Check the status of your Insurance document until validation. In case your document was rejected, please address the issue and upload the updated PDF.

IMPORTANT! Students must have their insurance document uploaded and validated prior to enrolment; otherwise, enrolment will not be permitted.
